Acanthus Park, Redditch

On behalf of investors, Hamdon Gate successfully developed a 11 acre site on Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch.

The site created various planning and engineering challenges. With our experienced team we were able to comply with all local authority consultee requirements including archaeological, ecology and highway consents. With a 2.5m differential in site levels specific engineered solutions had to be employed to find cost effective proposals to these problems. Despite the site’s physical challenges 2 units of 115,000 & 50,000 sq ft were delivered on time and pre-let before Practical Completion to specialist logistics operators AMCO & Avon Freight.

The Acanthus Park development demonstrated Hamdon Gate’s ability to deliver a cost effective solution to a complex site.
